2. Platform Usage & Profile Verification

All users browsing real estate assets on Norvane must verify that their entered personal credentials, identification forms, and financial metrics are entirely truthful, accurate, and current.

• Property Specifications: Property parameters, structural values, rental pricing metrics, built-up areas, and floor blueprints displayed on our platform cards are presented strictly for portfolio representation or marketing assistance purposes.

• Account Security: You are entirely responsible for protecting your custom access tokens, account credentials, passwords, and secondary authentication codes. Norvane cannot be held liable for any data breach arising from user negligence.

• Prohibited Activities: Users are strictly forbidden from executing automated data-scraping algorithms, stress-testing our network nodes, or injecting malicious script arrays into any interactive asset component.

3. Intellectual Property and Licensing

The interface layouts, typography combinations, pixel-perfect design systems, digital asset brochures, high-fidelity source code, icons, architectural illustrations, graphic assets, and text logs published on this application are protected by corporate trademark laws and belong completely to Norvane.

We cannot guarantee absolute structural perfection over decades, real-time zoning law updates, or instant inventory availability fluctuations without direct coordination with local developer agents.

Norvane, including its directors, engineers, and affiliate partners, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from transaction delays, financing changes, or unexpected property management structural updates. All consultation schedules, real-time walkthrough sessions, and financial contract calculations are managed independently by certified corporate real estate agents.
